Made in Milan using Vergani's traditional natural sourdough, the delicate, buttery dough is light and wonderfully soft, while the smooth Limoncello cream adds a fresh, zesty citrus flavour. Vergani still uses a natural sourdough starter descended from the one created by Angelo Vergani more than 70 years ago.
