UK Delivery
All orders are dispatched using a 24 hour DPD delivery service to ensure your items arrive quickly, in excellent condition.
We currently deliver across mainland UK. Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control. We always aim to dispatch orders promptly.
Fresh Refrigerated Produce
All fresh refrigerated produce is packed in insulated thermal packaging with ice cool packs. This packaging is designed to keep products at a safe temperature during transit for up to 3 days, ensuring quality, freshness from dispatch to delivery.
Please ensure someone is available to receive refrigerated deliveries. Once delivered, items should be unpacked, refrigerated as soon as possible.

• Delivery charges for orders under £65 are calculated at checkout

Returns Refunds Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy for eligible non perishable items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unused, in the same condition as received
• In original packaging
• With tags intact where applicable
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on the following:
• Perishable goods, items likely to expire rapidly, including all fresh food
• Alcohol, beverages where returns are restricted by law
• Hampers, gift boxes containing perishable items
• Sealed items where the seal or cellophane has been broken
• Food items purchased at a discount due to a short shelf life
• Fine wines, stored in a temperature controlled environment
• Custom, personalised products
• Sale items, gift cards

Damaged Faulty Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if your item is:
• Damaged in transit
• Defective
• Incorrect
• Not as described
• Not of satisfactory quality
• Not fit for purpose
If the issue is reported within 30 days of receipt, we will, at your option:
• Replace the item
• Repair the item
• Provide a full refund at no cost
We may request photographs of the item, packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
If outer packaging appears damaged on delivery, please note this with the courier where possible. Contact us as soon as possible.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive an alternative item is to return the original item where eligible. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds
Once we receive, inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact office@rossella.co.uk.

If you’d like your delivery to arrive later than the standard window, just leave us a note at checkout we’re happy to hold your order and dispatch it closer to your preferred date.
