Pastificio del Colle Sviolinate is a unique artisan pasta from Puglia, handcrafted with natural vegetable powders to create its striking multicolour ribbon shape. Made using premium durum wheat semolina and traditional bronze dies, this pasta is slow-dried for the perfect texture and authentic flavour.
