The tomato sauce will enhance the flavours of the Porcini mushrooms, add a touch of herbs and Truffle oil and amaze your guests!
Since of course the wine is a must, indulge yourself in a glass of our full Aglianico wine from our Rossella Collection, which will delight you with aromas of ripe black fruits and smoky notes.
Cooking tip: try and cook the pasta in the same water where you previously left the dried Porcini soaking to give your pasta the extra kick!
