Gorgonzola Dolce is a soft and creamy blue cheese made from cow’s milk and matured for a minimum of 50 days. With its smooth, spreadable texture and delicate blue veining, this sweet gorgonzola offers a milder flavour than its sharper counterpart, making it ideal for beginners and connoisseurs alike.
Perfect served with crusty bread, figs or honey, or melted into risottos and creamy sauces. A must-have on a cheese board.
