Goats Cheese Bocconcino - 80g

Bocconcino means “little mouthful” and is a version of traditional Italian cheese Tomino. This version is a beautiful small medallion-shaped goat’s cheese with a smooth bloomy rind. The supple, springy texture, which when young, should be delicate and soft.

As the Bocconcino cheese ripens the texture becomes firmer and the flavours deepen with a sharply sweet goaty flavour. Perfect for salads, antipasto boards, sandwiches or simply enjoyed with fresh bread, this versatile goat’s cheese pairs beautifully with honey, figs or roasted vegetables.
