About the Class

Your experience begins with a warm welcome & a complimentary drink on arrival. Our chef introduces you to the traditions of Italian pizza, the Rossella family story & the importance of simple, high quality ingredients.

You will learn how to stretch your dough by hand, choose toppings inspired by the regions of Italy & prepare your pizza for the oven. Each guest creates their own pizza, which is baked in our stone oven & enjoyed fresh at the end of the class.

Vegan cheese is available for guests who need it.

For those with gluten allergens, a gluten friendly pizza base can be provided. Please note that all allergens are present in our kitchen & cross contamination is possible.
